Our Story
Fulfil 68 began with a simple conviction: that the best food comes from knowing your ingredients, respecting the process, and treating every customer like a neighbor. On North Street in Sisters, we've built a space where the aroma of freshly baked sourdough is the first welcome you receive.
We bake small batches daily — sourdough loaves with a crust that sings, buttery croissants folded by hand, and seasonal tarts that reflect what the surrounding farms offer. Our grocery shelves carry local honey, artisan cheeses, pantry staples, and products from Oregon producers we've tasted and trust.
This isn't a chain. It's a shop. We know what's on the shelf because we chose it, and we know our regulars because they come in most days. That's the kind of place we want to be — reliable, warm, and genuinely useful to the community that calls Sisters home.

The sourdough here is unlike anything I've found elsewhere in the area. Crusty on the outside, soft and tangy inside — we come back every weekend now.
We stopped in while visiting from out of state and ended up staying an hour. The coffee, the pastries, the friendly faces — it felt like the real Oregon.
